It will be a great chance to get insider info on our newest features, meet fellow users, and learn Zendesk best practices - all live and in person. If your team is big or small, if you’re a total n00b or even if you’re a seasoned expert, our user group will teach you new ways to leverage Zendesk and help your team succeed.

6:00 - 6:25pm: A big, friendly welcome - then it’s networking time
6:25 - 7:05pm: Hear from our product team on our new (and unreleased) time tracking app as well as get an update on sending NPS surveys using Zendesk
7:05 - 7:40pm: Breakout session: Discuss your challenges, get your questions answered, and discover how your peers approach customer service
7:40 - 8:00pm: Networking, the sequel
